A Flu Vaccination Clinic will be held on October 12 from 9am-2pm, Student Union, Room 304B, on the Storrs campus.
Employees must bring their medical ID card to the clinic for insurance billing. Western Connecticut Home Care, the contracted vendor, will direct bill insurance companies.
