The General Education Oversight Committee (GEOC) is currently seeking subcommittee members to help review general education course proposals and make recommendations. Subcommittee members do not attend full GEOC meetings and generally conduct most business via email, although occassional face-to-face meetings may be needed. The subcommittees seeking members are as follows:
Content Area 1 - Arts and Humanities
Content Area 4 - Diversity and Multiculturalism
Writing Competency
Quantitative Competency
Information Literacy (Currently seeking a Co-Chair to sit on the main GEOC committee)
Environmental Literacy (New subcommittee!)
