The Bistro on Union Street (located at the former Chuck & Augie's Restaurant in the Student Union) would like to invite you to make a reservation for its complimentary soft opening to be held on Thursday, August 23rd from 11:00am - 1:00pm. A sample menu highlighting some of our new dishes will be offered. LIMITED SEATING BY RESERVATION ONLY with a maximum of four (4) guests. The Bistro will be open to the public on Friday, August 24th from 11:00am - 2:00pm. Normal hours will begin on Monday, August 27th from 11:00am - 8:00pm. We will take points beginning at 1:00pm daily.
