Comptroller Lembo, now serving his second term as Connecticut's Comptroller, is the state's chief fiscal guardian and an independent voice in reporting on the state's financial and economic outlook. Open government advocacy groups have hailed him as a "champion of transparency" for his efforts to promote public access to state financial information. Lembo said he's proud to return as the CSEC Statewide Chair.
