The 2018 - 2019 Health Care Open Enrollment for State of Connecticut employees begins today, Monday, May 7, 2018 and ends on Friday, June 1, 2018.
During open enrollment, you may change medical and/or dental plans, add or drop coverage for your eligible family members, or enroll if you previously waived coverage. You may also enroll in the Health Enhancement Program (HEP), if you have not done so already. Any changes you make during open enrollment will be effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
