The Center for Students with Disabilities (CSD) is requesting feedback from faculty, staff and Teaching Assistants who taught during the Spring 2018 semester. Please complete a short (5-10 min) survey regarding MyAccess, CSD's online system. The survey questions ask about how MyAccess worked for you this semester to: see a list of your students with approved accommodations; view your students' accommodation letters; and/or coordinate exams/quizzes for students to be proctored at the Center.
