  • Supervisory Training-Performance Management

    Human Resources is pleased to offer the Supervisory Essentials Program (SEP)-Performance Management Track.  Prerequisite is completion of SEP-Communcations Track.  There is no cost to attend, and it will take place in the Student Union, Storrs, room 104.  Each employee must have supervisory approval and attend all three sessions of this program.

    This track focuses on skill development to effectively provide feedback to improve performance, encourage continued good performance and/or take corrective action when performance does not improve:

    • Goal Setting and Gaining Commitment - Friday, June 1, 8:30am-Noon
    • Delivering Feedback and Conducting Difficult Conversations - Friday, June 8, 8:30am-4:00pm
    • Developing Your Staff - Friday, June 15, 8:30am-Noon
