Choose one of these sessions from Noon to 1:00 pm, on Monday, April 2nd; Wednesday, April 4th; or Friday, April 6th at the Alumni Center Board Room. Please use the email below to reserve a space.

During Orientation, participants will have an opportunity to sign up for the six-session Mindfulness for Work-Related Stress course held weekly.
