The 2018 Eyzaguirre lecture, "Human Rights and the Imperative to Reimagine the Planet. A Latin American Perspective" will be presented by Fernando J. Rosenberg, Professor and Chair of Romance Studies, Brandeis University, on Tuesday, March 27, 4:00-5:30pm, Student Union 304A.
A native of Argentina, Rosenberg is the author of After Human Rights: Literature, Visual Arts, and Film in Latin America 1990-2010 (University of PittsburghPresss, 2016) and is a member of the editorial board of the Hispanic Poetry Review. His research interests include critical and post-colonial theory, modernism and modernity, visual art and performance, and legal topics in the arts.
