The Graduate Certificate for College Instruction has an upcoming application deadline of 4/1/2018 for fall admission. The next admissions deadline is November 15th for January 2019 admission.
Applicants should fill out the UConn application for graduate admission available here. Applicants must fulfill the general admission requirements of the graduate school. See requirements here. The application will ask for:
- CV/Resume
- A personal statement addressing your interest in the Certificate in College Instruction and how your current or future goals will be served through completion of the Certificate.
- One letter of recommendation that addresses why you are a good candidate for the Certificate in College Instruction. Your letter writer should send the letter electronically per the application instructions.
- Transcripts (current UConn students do not need to requests transcripts)
See more information on our website. Note that students may still enroll in two of the required college instruction courses GRAD 6000 and 6001 before being formally admitted to the program.
